Frequently Asked Questions

Machine embroidery creates custom designs on textiles. It differs from screen printing because it involves stitching the design with needle and thread directly onto the textiles instead of printing it on top of the fabric.

We can embroider on most types of fabric, including cotton, polyester, denim, and more. However, we may not be able to embroider on certain delicate or stretchy fabrics.  Please contact us with your specific fabric questions.

Our current turnaround time is approximately 2 weeks from final design approval and purchase.  Note, this does not include the time it takes USPS to deliver your item.  Please understand I have no control once I hand it over to the Post Office.  If you need your items by a specific date, please message me and we will do our best to meet your deadline, RUSH fees will apply.

No, we do not have a minimum order requirement. We can embroider one item or thousands of items, depending on your needs.  Please remember, if you order thousands it's going to take longer than 2 weeks.

We will do our best to bring your ideas to life and not back down from challenging requests. We encourage our customers to get CREATIVE in their designs!  Message me, we will make your idea happen.
